Well-maintained and excellent hotel in a very central location. Set close to a tram stop, handy for getting about. An individual safe, central heating, and a work desk available in the standard room. Costs £ 68. Very amiable staff with knowledge of the place.

Had a great Xmas stay. Loved the friendly and accommodating staff who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The location was superb, close to nearby restaurants, shops, and the famous historical landmarks. The room was clean and had comfortable bedding, and we enjoyed the continental breakfast that came with a variety of options.

The room decor was basic, and we expected more for the price we paid during the Xmas season. There was no climate control, and the bed sheets had a subpar quality.
